The Curtain Closes We Take Our Last Bow

The "Shakespeare Said" project is now done. I sent in the final grant report just now.  I have to take down the Mendel Exhibition on the 19th but the real tough stuff is done. I feel like my summer is just beginning now!!

Thanks to all of the sponsors, students, parents, my husband and my children that supported me throughout this project that seemed to snowball and get larger all them time.

Enjoy your summer and see you in the fall for the new and exciting "Just Be" project.

Georges Vanier Shakespeare Club Performance

The last part of The Magic of Shakespeare project happened yesterday with the Georges Vanier Shakespeare Club performing in the tent at the Shakespeare on the Sask site. It was a well attended and excellent performance.  A special thank you to the Shakespeare Company (The Shakespeare on the Sask cast) for coming out to watch the performance.

Thank you to Mark von Eschen for practicing with the students all week and for giving us the stage time.
